What happens when your internet slows down or a billing error pops up? How helpful is Telus customer service when you need answers?
I contacted Telus Support to troubleshoot my Internet connection. The wait was longer than expected, but the telus customer service representative was patient and explained to me step by step how to solve the problem. Although the process was not perfect, I appreciated their efforts to resolve the problem.
