Has anyone had trouble with Frontier Airlines? I recently booked a flight with them, but I’m a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews about delays and customer service.

It’s disappointing when delays and poor communication make a trip more stressful, especially with uncomfortable seating and unhelpful customer service. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
