Casetify Shipping Update Slower Than Expected
Ordered a personalized case from Casetify and received the order confirmation quickly, but the shipping status hasn’t updated for several days. I know custom products can take time, but I’m wondering if there’s usually a delay before tracking starts moving.

Went through Casetify’s site to design a custom phone case and finalized the purchase without any hiccups. Got the confirmation email right away, but tracking stayed stuck on “label created” for days. I checked https://casetify.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html and saw that many customers noticed a similar delay when ordering personalized items. The tracking finally updated around day five, and the case arrived not long after. Looks like there's just a longer processing time behind the scenes when customization is involved.
