DPDgroup Tracking Stuck on “In Transit”

I’m waiting on a package being delivered by DPDgroup, and the tracking has been stuck on “in transit” for several days with no update. I’m wondering if this is just a normal delay in scanning or if it might be worth checking with support for more info.

Ordered something from an online shop that uses DPDgroup for shipping. The tracking updated once when it left the warehouse, then just stayed on “in transit” without showing any new scans. I go to dpdgroup customer service to get a better idea of what others were seeing. A few people mentioned that packages can sit at sorting hubs without scanning for a couple of days, especially during busy shipping periods. Mine ended up arriving the day after the next scan appeared, so the delay wasn’t too bad—just a little quiet on updates.
