My HP printer suddenly stopped connecting to Wi-Fi just as I was approaching an urgent deadline. Frustrated, I contacted hewlett packard customer support for help. It took a bit of troubleshooting, and while the process wasn't as fast as I had hoped, the support staff was patient and managed to get everything working again. I was relieved when the printer was working again in time to meet my deadline.
