YouTube TV delay during live streams — has anyone gotten a real fix?

I’ve been using YouTube TV mostly for live sports, but lately there’s been a weird delay compared to others watching the same game. I tested it on different devices and even switched networks, but the lag didn’t change. I tried submitting a support request through the app, but haven’t received anything helpful so far. Has anyone managed to get this issue acknowledged or resolved?

Hi! During one of the bigger games last month, my feed lagged behind by a noticeable margin, and I wasn’t sure if it was just a device issue or something on their end. I went through a bunch of youtube tv reviews and saw that others had reported the same thing, especially around major events. A few users said they submitted feedback multiple times before hearing back from support. I followed that approach—sent a clear message including device type and time of the issue—and eventually got a short response confirming they were looking into it. It didn’t fix things right away, but it showed they were at least aware of the problem.
