No answer from Assurant form—what helped you get real support?
Tried to get help on a warranty claim through Assurant’s site by entering all my details in the contact form. A few days later, still no confirmation, no ticket ID, and nothing in my email. I even double-checked the info through my account dashboard and saw no record of the message. Has anyone here found a way to actually hear back from them? Curious what finally got a response moving.

I guess the situation of no answer is very dangerous for a business. So the sooner everybody understands it, the better.
