Car shipping with broker
I must ship two cars, regular sedans, from MA to FL in early April. I'm considering shipping with a broker.
Any concerns/things to watch out when using a broker?

Brokers do not ship the cars themselves, they connect you with carriers, so make sure they work with reputable, insured carriers. Agree on the final price, estimated delivery time, and insurance coverage up front. Also note that you will need to communicate with the broker over the phone, make sure they are VoIP TCPA Compliance , especially if they use automated dialers. You always have the right to opt out of unwanted calls, and you should only be contacted with your consent.
