Grilled Pizza Bread Foil Packs

Yes you heard right, pizza while camping!! And with under 10 minutes prep time this is a great one to involve the little campers in too! The best bit about this one is you can mix up the ingredients to your liking/current food stock, its a great one for using up the food that's not got much longer left.

INGREDIENTS - Our favourite, but you can make your own!

large loaf, halved

jar pizza sauce

shredded mozzarella

pepperoni

black olives

red onion, cut into thin half moons

Green Bell Pepper, chopped

pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

1. Scoop out the middles from both bread halves to create shallow boats. Spread pizza sauce onto each half then top with mozzarella, pepperoni, black olives, red onion, green bell pepper, and red pepper flakes.

2. Wrap bread loosely with aluminum foil and place over campfire (or on a hot grill) and cook until the cheese is melty and the crust is toasted, 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Let cool for about 10 minutes until slicing. Serve warm.
