Purchasing a Membership
Campervan Bible offers digital memberships that provide access to subscription features, premium content and other services for the duration of the selected subscription period.

Your membership will become active once your payment has been successfully authorised and processed. Access to subscription features may not be available until payment confirmation has been received and, where necessary, your account has been successfully activated.
Memberships are personal to the registered account holder and are intended solely for individual use unless otherwise agreed in writing. They may not be transferred, assigned, shared or resold without the prior written consent of Campervan Bible.
Subscription Renewals
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Campervan Bible memberships are provided on a recurring subscription basis and will continue until they are cancelled in accordance with this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method associated with your account unless you cancel your subscription before the next scheduled renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details remain accurate and up to date throughout your subscription.
Renewal charges will be processed at the subscription price that applies at the time of renewal unless a different price has been confirmed during the purchase process or we have notified you of a future pricing change in accordance with applicable law or the requirements of the relevant payment provider or app store.
Where we introduce changes to the price of an existing recurring subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect where this is required by applicable law or by the policies of the platform through which your subscription is managed.
If a renewal payment cannot be processed successfully, we may suspend or restrict access to subscription features until payment has been received. Where permitted by the relevant payment provider and applicable law, we may also make reasonable attempts to process the payment again before cancelling or suspending your subscription.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The way you cancel your subscription depends on how your membership was originally purchased.
Subscriptions purchased directly through the Campervan Bible website can normally be cancelled through your account settings or by contacting us using the details provided in this Refund Policy.
Where a subscription has been purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another authorised third-party marketplace, cancellation must usually be completed using the subscription management tools provided by the relevant platform. Campervan Bible cannot cancel or manage subscriptions that are administered directly by a third-party payment provider or app store.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not normally affect the current subscription period that has already been paid for. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to subscription features will end automatically.
Deleting your Campervan Bible account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Where applicable, subscription management and cancellation must be completed separately through the relevant payment provider, app store or subscription management platform.
If you experience any difficulties cancelling your subscription, you are welcome to contact us. While we may not always be able to cancel subscriptions managed by third parties, we will make reasonable efforts to help you identify the appropriate cancellation process.
Cooling-Off Rights
Where applicable consumer protection legislation provides a statutory cooling-off period for digital content or digital services, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within the period specified by applicable law.
If you purchase a Campervan Bible membership and request immediate access to subscription features or other digital services before the end of the applicable cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may end once the digital service has begun. This will apply only where permitted by applicable law and where you have expressly consented to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledged that your cancellation rights may be affected.

Refunds will also not normally be available where access to the Campervan Bible platform has been suspended or terminated because of a material breach of our Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or unlawful activity, misuse of the platform or other conduct that has resulted in the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with our contractual or legal rights.

Purchases Through Apple App Store and Google Play
Where your subscription has been purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payments are processed directly by the relevant platform rather than by Campervan Bible.
As a result, refund requests are generally administered in accordance with the policies, procedures and consumer protection processes of the relevant app store. Campervan Bible does not have access to the payment systems operated by Apple or Google and is therefore not able to approve, reject or process refund requests for purchases that are managed directly through those platforms.
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund for a purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you should submit your request using the refund process provided through your account with the relevant platform. The outcome of your request will be determined by the applicable app store in accordance with its own policies and any legal obligations that apply.
