Motorhome & Campervan Stopover Details

Lords Courtyard operates as a welcoming, day-use pitstop for motorhomes and campervans navigating the scenic routes of the Yorkshire Dales. 

  • Daytime Parking: The venue features a massive, level car park that can easily accommodate large touring vehicles and caravans. 

  • Departure Windows: Large motorhomes and caravans are permitted to park for free while utilizing the facilities, but must depart by 12:00 PM due to heavy daily customer use. 

  • Overnight Restrictions: This is strictly a daytime stopover location rather than an overnight "Aire" or campsite. Vehicles cannot remain in the car park overnight. 


On-Site Facilities

The venue provides top-tier amenities designed to refresh long-distance drivers and leisure travellers: 

  • EV Charging: An on-site electric vehicle charging point is available to top up your vehicle while you browse.

  • Accessibility: Full wheelchair-accessible parking, dedicated entrances, and comprehensive disabled toilet facilities are available across the property.

  • Dog-Friendly Policy: Furry companions are warmly welcomed inside both the shops and the café, making it highly popular for pet owners.

  • Hours: The main showrooms, galleries, and toilet blocks are accessible from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 7 days a week

The culinary hub at the courtyard is highly rated for its generous portions and sophisticated spin on British cooking. The café and restaurant spaces serve from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily

  • The Menu: Offerings range from traditional full breakfasts and lighter sandwiches to elegant small sharing plates, Buddha bowls, and artisan desserts.

  • Signature Dishes: Popular mains include rich venison ragout, pan-roasted chicken, and crispy pork belly served alongside hand-rolled egg pasta.

  • Specialty Menus: The kitchen caters fully to vegetarian and vegan diets. Uniquely, they also feature a dedicated "doggy menu" for your pets.

  • Sunday Carvery: Their traditional Sunday Roast is immensely popular with both locals and travelers; booking via the Lords Courtyard Café is highly advised.

  • Ingleton Waterfalls & Caves: Following the A65 further west brings you toward Ingleton, home to spectacular waterfall trails, show caves, and the massive Lords Antiques & Salvage sister site.
